If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact us via info@emily-carter.co.uk. A product can be returned up to 14 days from the date of purchase, providing a valid receipt is shown. Any product that you return must be returned in the same condition and original packaging that you received it.

Please note that products such as face masks are non refundable - this will be specified in the product description.
